i'm a Realtor here in Scottsdale and needed an AC company that i can depend on to make me look good in front of my clients whom i have referred to KNIGHT for reliable service.

they know the units inside and out and you can depend on them for fair pricing and reliability! -
Had a yearly checkup on a newish heatpump they installed.
Got the text, email they where on the way I was next in the time window given.
Showed up and confirmed just the checkup and price. Someone doing a free checkup would scare me as time is money.
Went on roof and took their time. Came to door when … More done nothing wrong. Showed me photos of the gauge and meter readings. Asked if any questions. Then left.
No upsells.
Have used in past with other equipment they found stuff wrong as called on repairs. But even then no upsells and fixed what was broken. On some of them did suggest may not last forever as over 20 years old. Why eventually had them do a new install. This one was their newish install and doing just fine. -
Anyone can tell you that summers in Arizona are the worst. When your air conditioning goes out in the middle of the hottest part of summer, though, the season becomes absolutely unbearable. This is why I am truly grateful for Knight Air Conditioning. Our family has been using this company since 2013, … More and we have always been thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. This year, on the other hand, Knight Air really earned their keep. Our 22-year-old system went on the fritz during our son's thirteenth birthday. With two children and four rescue dogs in the home, we struggled to keep temperatures at a safe and healthy level. Within a few hours of our system's failure, the staff at Knight had an emergency appointment scheduled to fix the ac. Cristian was able to temporarily repair the capacitor and set up an installation for a new unit. Meanwhile, the office staff, Gloria, Kate, and Carissa, were kind, understanding, and accommodating. The financing options for our new system were reasonable, and the installers were incredible. I would like to personally thank Eduardo for staying until after 11 pm to ensure that our system was running that first night and Layton for taking the time to smooth out all bugs. I understand that the home is a place where people want to feel comfortable and at peace. When their air goes out, it can be a stressful and chaotic time. However, having the team at Knight Air on my side put my mind at ease and helped alleviate my panic. I am so happy knowing that I have such a knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking group of people looking out for my family at all times. They have earned my respect and my business for years to come. Thank you so much, Knight Air! You truly make a difference. 😃

Connor was thorough and it was apparent to me knew what he was doing.
Customer service is rare nowadays but Amy followed up after the service call.

Knight had done a great job keeping our old AC running for YEARS. But with the last 2 summers of record high heat it finally bit the dust! Nothing worse than losing your AC in Phoenix this time of year! Carisa got us estimate options quickly, and put us on their schedule as soon as possible.
The technician, … More Kayin, and his partner arrived on installation day and got right to work removing the old equipment from the attic and installing the new. I have so much respect for the work these guys did under horrible conditions!! They spent practically all day up in our attic where temps had to be around 140 degrees!!
This was a big job, so Chuck and another tech also came by to help with the installation of the compressor outside. At the end of a long, difficult day they had our new AC running and our house starting to cool down!

Patrick was amazing!
Not only did he service my units, he also took pictures of a very poor roof replacement. He saved me a trip into the attic. He went above and beyond . Very personable man.. I recommend Knight Air Conditioning more than any other company I have ever used! -
