Basic condenser coil wash included when accessible without disassembly.Additional charges may apply for difficult access. First included STU will be performed after a minimum of 4 monthly payments. Benefits program may be paid in full at time of repairs to initiate discount. First STU will be performed at time of repair-the remaining STU will be scheduled a minimum of 4 months out. STU’s will be scheduled during regular work hour arrival windows beginning Sa-Spm. Multiple systems STU’s must be scheduled/performed at same visit. Preventative maintenance is required by the manufacturer to maintain the OEM warranty and is not a guarantee that your system will operate without future repairs. Discount on repairs and full system replacement may not be combined. Partial system replacements not eligible for discount. Equipment covered by the plan must be operational during the initial inspection. Warranty: 1 year labor on repairs. Parts per OEM.*
