Our Air-Conditioning stopped working last Friday in this 110° weather. Knight was able to come out the same day, which we really appreciated. Juan the Tech was very thorough, professional, and a great communicator. He clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I'm sorry to be so late with this. Your company and Juan P. did a terrific job. You got someone to me quickly and he did a terrific job. My A/C works better than it did when it was new. Juan was very nice and professional and showed me the part he had to replace. I can't say enough nice things about your company or Juan.
